Job summary

The Hoxton Dublin is seeking energetic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through mid-January 2027. This seasonal role offers a great introduction to hospitality in a vibrant, international group.

You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, know the products, support the team, and lend a hand across shifts. Prior barista or guest-service experience helps, and you’ll enjoy staff meals, events and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus.
• Team player who helps the F&B team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests.
• Know products and systems to serve efficiently.
• Prepare drinks from espresso to seasonal specials.
• Collaborate with the team to keep service smooth.
• Be flexible and assist the F&B team as needed.
