Job summary

Stripe is seeking a driven Senior Product/Operations professional to own the end-to-end SDR experience roadmap, shaping tools, processes and policies across targeting, outreach, and qualification. You will collaborate with SDRs and leaders to identify friction, design scalable solutions, and align with product, engineering, and data teams to improve productivity and seller outcomes.

You will partner across Sales Development, enablement and operations to ensure cadence, routing and data quality

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, revenue operations, sales operations, product management, or process improvement in tech or high-growth environments.
• 2+ years building, improving or supporting Sales Development or GTM workflows, data and systems.
• Strong ability to map complex user journeys and translate seller problems into clear requirements and prioritised solutions.
• Proven track record of launching, adopting and iterating complex initiatives across global teams.
• Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and interpret workflow data.
• Experience partnering with technical teams and communicating across frontline, product and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive working style with ability to move between strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SDR experience roadmap across sourcing, targeting, outreach, task execution and qualification.
• Lead business product and operational strategy for agentic outreach solutions and Gong Engage within Sales Development.
• Oversee hand-offs between agentic outreach, Gong Engage and downstream CRM activity.
• Map and redesign SDR workflows to reduce manual work and context switching across tools.
• Capture and prioritise SDR and manager feedback using qualitative and data-driven insights.
• Translate frontline needs into clear business requirements and prioritised recommendations for product and engineering.
• Define and monitor productivity, adoption, data quality and pipeline metrics.
• Partner with leadership to ensure tooling design reflects routing, territory, and engagement rules.
• Develop launch and change-management plans with Enablement and Communications.
