Job summary

Stripe is evolving SDR workflows to streamline how sales teams identify, engage and qualify prospective users. The role owns the business experience and improvement roadmap for SDR tooling, coordinating with SDRs, Product, Engineering and Enablement to deliver measurable improvements.

Initial focus on agentic outreach and Gong Engage, with integration considerations across Salesforce, Orum, Gmail and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in program management, product ops, revenue ops or related fields.
• 2+ years building or supporting Sales Development workflows and GTM data/tools.
• Proven track record leading complex, global initiatives from definition to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SDR experience roadmap across sourcing, targeting, outreach, handoffs and qualification.
• Lead business product and operational strategy for agentic outreach solution and Gong Engage within SDR.
• Own experiences across hand-offs between agentic outreach and Gong Engage, including cadence and prospect responses.
• Map workflows and redesign to reduce manual work and context switching.
• Capture, prioritise SDR feedback with data, usage, pipeline data.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and prioritised recommendations for multiple partners.
• Define and monitor metrics for productivity, adoption and pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with Sales Development leadership to reflect routing and engagement rules.
• Build launch/change plans with Enablement and Communications.
• Create governance and operating rhythms for agentic workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify tooling landscape and justify changes.
• Represent SDR experience in cross-functional planning and communicate trade-offs.
