Mypinnacle is helping a leading Ireland life-science distributor search for a Laboratory Sales Executive to drive growth across a well-established territory. You will collaborate with product specialists and account managers to grow existing relationships, identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable sales gains with pharmaceutical, biotech and academic customers.

Degree in Life Science required; lab sales experience is a plus.

• Previous laboratory sales experience is advantageous.

The Company

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Life Science distributors, employing over 70 people with annual revenues exceeding €30 million. Supplying laboratory and biotechnology instrumentation, consumables and technical services to the pharmaceutical, medical device, academic and research sectors, they exclusively represent a portfolio of world-leading manufacturers.

Following several years of sustained double-digit growth, achieved through both organic expansion and strategic acquisition, they are now looking to appoint a Laboratory Sales Executive to join their commercial team.

The Role

This is an opportunity to inherit a well-established, multi-million euro territory comprising many of Ireland’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, life science organisations and academic institutions.

Working closely with an experienced team of product specialists and internal account managers, your focus will be on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and delivering sustainable sales growth across the territory.

Applicants should possess a degree in a Life Science discipline (or similar), combined with industry experience and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships. Previous laboratory sales experience would be advantageous, although commercially minded scientists looking to transition into technical sales are also encouraged to apply.
