Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading and writing).
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Background in L3 NOC operations with on-call support experience.
• Hands-on experience with network design, protocols, and troubleshooting tools (TCP/IP, BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS).

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated cases and complex satellite network issues with methodical problem analysis and technical resolution.
• Develop and document technical solutions; contribute to knowledge base and provide advanced guidance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive cases to resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
