Job summary

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit. We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our SATCOM Technical Support team to resolve advanced satellite network issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will combine strong troubleshooting with methodical analysis of performance data and configurations to drive complex cases to resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent German required for communication.
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Background in L3 NOC operations, emergency response, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated satellite network issues and restore service.
• Analyze performance data (latency, jitter, packet loss) and configurations.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Support rotating shift schedules.
