Qualifications

• Fluent in German required; English proficiency essential.
• Experience with RF fundamentals and satellite ground equipment is a plus.
• Background in L3 NOC operations with on-call support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated SATCOM cases and drive resolutions.
• Analyze performance data and system configurations to restore service levels.
