Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.

• Hands-on experience with network design, protocols and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated satellite network issues and perform methodical problem analysis.
• Develop and document technical solutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to customers and internal teams; drive cases to resolution.
