Job summary

KONE in Dublin is seeking an Administration Supervisor to lead our NBS/MODS Administration team, overseeing three administrators and delivering essential operational and commercial support across the business.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering and Service, manage purchase requisitions and materials through SAP, and guide process improvements while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.

Qualifications

• SAP experience is essential.
• Experience in administration, coordination or operational support.
• Experience supervising, coaching or supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three administrators and create a positive, accountable environment.
• Oversee purchase requisitions and ordering materials through SAP.
• Support purchase orders, goods receipting and stock movements.
• Coordinate site documentation, safety folders, handovers and certification.
• Manage sales order loading, variations and milestone reporting.
• Support customer portals, finance reporting and weekly operational reporting.
