Job summary

KONE in Dublin is seeking an Administration Supervisor to lead the NBS/MODS Administration team. You will manage a team of three and provide operational and commercial support across Operations, Sales, Engineering and Service.

Responsibilities include SAP-driven purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock movements, site documentation, and reporting. A proactive communicator who can prioritise and coach others will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or operational support.
• Ability to lead a small team and coach others.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three administrators and create an accountable, high-performing environment.
• Manage purchase requisitions and materials through SAP.
• Support purchase orders, goods receipting and stock movements.
• Coordinate site documentation, safety folders, handovers and certification.
• Lead sales order loading, variations and milestone reporting.
• Support customer portals, finance reporting and weekly operational reporting.
