Job summary

KONE in Dublin is seeking an Administration Supervisor to lead the NBS/MODS Administration team of three colleagues, providing operational and commercial support across the business.

You will work across Operations, Sales, Engineering and Service, collaborating to improve processes while developing your career within KONE. The role combines people leadership with hands-on administration, reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• SAP experience is essential.
• Experience in administration, coordination or operational support, ideally with supervising or coaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase requisitions and ordering materials through SAP.
• Supporting purchase orders, goods receipting and stock movements.
• Coordinating site documentation, safety folders, handovers and certification.
• Managing sales order loading, variations and milestone reporting.
• Supporting customer portals, finance reporting and weekly operational reporting.
