As a Business Developer, you'll take the sales skills you've built selling services to consumers and use them to win businesses as clients. You'll build relationships with decision-makers, create opportunities, run meetings and close new business.

We'll teach you recruitment and B2B Business Development while you bring the most important part with you already: the ability to sell, handle rejection and deliver against a target.

What we look for

• B2C service sales experience - 1 to 3 years in Service Sales (Insurance, Retail, Telecom, etc)
• A track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling objections and closing
• Resilience and competitive spirit

Additional Information

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday, with no shifts, weekends or bank holiday requirements. The average person joining Access can expect to earn €64K+ OTE across their first two years, with uncapped commission and structured career progression.
