You will welcome showroom visitors, prepare quotations, manage sales docs, coordinate orders and maintain accurate records while developing product knowledge across premium window and door systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales administration, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communicator with a professional, helpful and customer-focused approach.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail when working with prices, specifications and records.
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and prioritising tasks in a busy showroom.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Interest in design, interiors or home improvement; reading plans is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming showroom customers, understanding their initial requirements and arranging follow-up with the sales team.
• Supporting the preparation, issue and follow-up of quotations, revisions and sales documentation.
• Assisting with customer appointments, sales enquiries and follow-up throughout the sales journey.
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and installation colleagues to progress orders.
• Developing product knowledge across premium window and door systems, finishes and technical features.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, quotations, pricing information and order documentation.
• Delivering a professional and consistent customer experience from enquiry to order handover.

The role combines customer engagement, sales administration, quotation preparation and order coordination, with structured training and hands-on support from an experienced sales team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming showroom customers, understanding their initial requirements and arranging appropriate follow-up with the sales team
• Supporting the preparation, issue and follow-up of quotations, revisions and sales documentation
• Assisting with customer appointments, sales enquiries and follow-up throughout the sales journey
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and installation colleagues to ensure orders progress smoothly
• Developing product knowledge across premium window and door systems, materials, finishes and technical features
• Maintaining accurate customer records, quotations, pricing information and order documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures relating to pricing, data protection, health and safety and customer serviceDelivering a professional and consistent customer experience from the initial showroom enquiry through to order handover

The ideal Sales Specialist will be:

• Experienced in sales administration, customer service, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment
• An excellent communicator with a professional, helpful and customer-focused approach
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail when working with prices, specifications and customer records
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and prioritising tasks in a busy showroom environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Interested in design, interiors, construction or home improvement
• Experienced in reading plans or technical drawings, which would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be provided
