Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts within the Midlands and Leinster region to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage service aspects, respond to reactive calls with quotations and site visits.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for part replacements.

• Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.

• Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.

Experience you need:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within engineering or construction
• Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
• Full driver’s license in compulsory as you will be required to visit client sites
