Elk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Automatic Door Sales Representative to cover Midlands and Leinster with an office base in Laois. The role is permanent and includes a company vehicle for client visits.

You will manage key accounts, collaborate with technical teams on service responses and quotations, and build strong client relationships with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in automatic doors, roller shutters, or industrial doors.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage own diary.
• Full driving license is required to visit client sites.
• Strong IT and CRM management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts in the automation sector.
• Collaborate with technical teams to respond to service needs, quotations and site visits.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and tailor service solutions.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate part replacements with suppliers.

Our client in Laoisis looking for an Experience Automatic Door Sales Representative to cover clients within the Midlands and Leinster regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in automatic doors, roller shutter or industrial doors to join a growing team.

Your new role includes:

• Managing and nurturing key client accounts withinautomation sector to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
• Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored service solutions.
• Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.

Experience you need:

• Previous sales experience within automatic doors, roller shutters, industrial doors or relating industry
• Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
• Full driver’s license in compulsory as you will be required to visit client sites
• Strong IT and CRM management skills
