Job summary

LinkedIn Dublin is seeking a Sales Performance Consultant to partner with Sales Development leadership across EMEA, NAMER, and the global SD org. You will diagnose performance gaps using qualitative and quantitative data and design scalable enablement to accelerate rep and manager effectiveness.

The role focuses on AI-enabled strategies, coaching, and program development across Sales Academy initiatives, with hybrid work in Dublin supported by scalable Learning programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined sales enablement, sales training, or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or related practical experience.
• Ability to diagnose root causes with data and stakeholder input.
• Experience building learning programs for sales professionals and managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SD leaders across EMEA, NAMER, and global SD org to define excellence and diagnose drivers of performance gaps.
• Conduct data driven analysis to identify what limits pipeline creation and conversion and redirect to the right owner.
• Design, build, and deliver enablement solutions including training, playbooks, and coaching guides.
• Raise frontline manager capability through coaching quality, conversations, and pipeline inspection.
• Support development and next play readiness of early career SD talent and new managers.
• Influence stakeholders and prioritize enablement demand with senior leaders.
