Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process all sales orders from the assigned sales representative.
• Deal directly with customer queries via telephone, email and in person.
• Track orders and ensure that delivery dates are met.
• Communicate with internal production units and assist with queries.
• Handle general day-to-day office queries.
• Provide cover and assistance to other sales administrators in the department.
