Morgan McKinley in Cork is seeking a proactive Sales Support Assistant to join the Cork branch. You will assist the Branch Manager with daily sales, administration and branch operations, delivering friendly service at the trade counter.

You will respond to customer enquiries, process orders, advise on products and maintain strong supplier relationships. Warehouse duties, stock checks and health & safety standards are also part of the role.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and confident handling enquiries and product information.
• Good computer literacy, with experience using business systems or ERP software an advantage.
• Reliable, trustworthy and organised, with the ability to work independently within a small team.
• Previous experience in a similar sales support, trade counter or warehouse role is desirable, along with manual handling training.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the confidence to support branch operations in the manager's absence.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Branch Manager with the daily running of the branch, including sales, administration and general operational activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, processing orders and assisting customers at the trade counter.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers, providing helpful advice and product guidance.
• Carry out warehouse duties, including receiving and dispatching goods, managing stock, and picking and packing orders.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain high standards across the branch and warehouse.
• Assist with general branch duties as required, contributing to a collaborative team environment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
