Job summary

Connect 4 Payments is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency in our Dublin-based team. This full-time, hybrid role offers flexibility for part-time work from home and focuses on optimizing sales processes, data accuracy, forecasting, and pipeline management.

You will collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, marketing and product to align initiatives, improve customer satisfaction, and enable revenue growth through better reporting, dashboards, and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in operations management, including process optimization and workflow design.
• Experience in customer service with focus on customer satisfaction in a sales or operations context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools; reporting and dashboards.
• Background in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent.
• Hybrid work ability; manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
