Aptus Broadband is seeking a detail‑oriented sales support to join the team in Ireland. The role focuses on organising workflow for the Sales team, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing day‑to‑day guidance to colleagues in a fast‑paced broadband company.

You will update CRM data, answer queries, generate routine reports, and coordinate scheduling for engineers. Strong communication and time management are essential, with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to organise workflow for Sales Team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Update customer records in the CRM, scan and file documents.
• Answer phone queries and route to relevant department.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Handle general customer queries both internal and external.
• Maintain tickets and assist scheduling for Engineers.
