Job summary

OASIS Group in Ireland (Swords) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Operations assistant to act as the first point of contact for clients, process orders, update systems and respond to routine enquiries. You will collaborate across functions to meet service levels and drive client satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries, update records, generate routine reports, and support training and development while upholding GDPR and data protection compliance. A strong eye for detail is essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrable depth of experience in a similar role.
Experience servicing written and oral client requests.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls, take ownership, and service client requests in a friendly, professional manner.
Process client orders, key system transactions accurately within contracted service levels.
Take ownership of complaints, manage client expectations, follow up for quick resolution.
Make outbound calls to clients with updates or proactive information.
Communicate about invoices and outstanding payments as required.
