Greyhound Racing Ireland (GRI) is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service Executive to support sales growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience at Shelbourne Park in Dublin. You will manage enquiries, coordinate bookings, conduct venue tours, prepare event documentation, and support customers from initial enquiry through to event delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, sales support, hospitality, events, or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM, reservation, or booking systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive follow-up.
• Prepare quotations and booking proposals.
• Manage bookings accurately through booking and CRM systems.
• Process payments and assist with account queries.
• Maintain customer records and support sales reporting.
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and event organisers.
• Showcase the stadium’s facilities and hospitality offerings.
• Follow up venue visits with quotations and proposals.
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with planning and administration of events and hospitality bookings.
• Prepare tickets, guest lists, schedules and event documentation.
• Coordinate customer requirements with operational departments.
• Support customers during events and race nights when required.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for future bookings.
• Provide administrative support to stadium management and wider teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work closely with the National Sales Centre and regional sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection and health & safety requirements.
