Job summary

Greyhound Racing Ireland in Thurles, Co. Tipperary, is seeking a Team Leader for our National Sales Centre. The role combines hands-on sales and customer service with leading and motivating a small team to deliver outstanding experiences for visitors and customers.

You will turn enquiries into bookings, coordinate with stadium teams, support promotions, and coach new staff while maintaining high service standards and efficient operations.

• Experience in sales, customer service or reservations.
• Great communication and people skills.
• A positive, organised and hands-on approach.
• Confidence supporting colleagues and solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and good systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Support and guide the Sales Centre team day to day.
• Help keep service, booking and customer care standards high.
• Handle customer queries and escalations with confidence.
• Coordinate with our stadium teams to deliver great customer experiences.
• Support sales activity, promotions and follow-ups.
• Coach new and existing team members.
