Job summary

Fintua, part of CluneTech, is seeking an experienced Sales Development & Growth Manager to lead a distributed pre-sales team across regions while personally managing a select book of business. You will coach, set targets, and ensure consistent pipeline generation, balancing leadership with individual contributor duties.

The role requires 1–2 days weekly in our Kilkenny office and a strong track record in outbound prospecting, CRM discipline, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales development, or pre-sales with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Business Development Representatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Set and manage targets for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
• Coach and develop team through 1:1s, reviews, and training; monitor KPIs and provide feedback.
• Own the pre-sales pipeline forecasting and ensure high-quality handoffs to Account Executives.
• Contribute personally to a select portion of new pipeline as an individual contributor.
