Job summary

Fintua, part of CluneTech, is seeking an experienced Sales Development & Growth Manager to lead a distributed pre-sales team and contribute personally to pipeline generation. The role requires 1–2 days weekly in Kilkenny and involves coordinating across jurisdictions, ensuring data integrity, and driving sustainable growth.

You will coach teams, optimize playbooks, and balance leadership with direct sales initiatives, delivering against regional targets while maintaining frontline credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales development, or pre-sales
• 3+ years in people management with quota responsibility
• Experience coordinating teams across regions/time zones
• Ability to balance leadership with personal pipeline ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of Business Development Representatives across jurisdictions
• Set & monitor targets, manage performance reviews and coaching
• Own pipeline targets and ensure quality handoffs to Account Executives
• Maintain outbound playbooks, scripts, and data hygiene in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging across regions
• Provide strategic market insights and senior pre-sales input
• Personally manage a small portfolio of accounts and lead by example
