Job summary

Chem-Aqua, part of NCH Europe, is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to join the Dublin region field team. This role combines account management, business development and technical service delivery for our water treatment solutions.

You will manage and grow customer relationships, upsell and identify new opportunities, deliver site visits, perform water treatment monitoring, and maintain accurate service records while acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing customer relationships to maximise contract retention and customer satisfaction.
• Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Generating new business through prospecting and networking activities.
• Conducting customer review meetings and providing consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Performing water treatment and environmental hygiene monitoring activities, including: bacteria sampling, temperature monitoring, cooling tower analysis, steam boiler analysis, closed-loop system testing, pre-treatment plant analysis.
• Commissioning and supporting water treatment equipment, including: water softeners, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, UV systems, chlorine dioxide equipment.
• Maintaining accurate service reports, customer records, and documentation.
• Acting as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
