Job summary

Chem-Aqua, part of NCH Europe, is recruiting a Sales & Service Representative to cover the Dublin region. You will manage and grow customer accounts, deliver technical service, and identify new opportunities in a field-based sales role.

You’ll combine account management, business development and water-treatment expertise to optimise client operations, maintain high service levels and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong account management and customer relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships to maximise contract retention and satisfaction.
• Grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Generating new business through prospecting and networking activities.
• Conduct customer review meetings and provide consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.
