Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in Ireland to troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This remote role requires strong SQL skills and proactive problem solving to support enterprise clients with critical systems.

You will work with Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular, collaborating with engineering and client stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues and improve support processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical support in SaaS or software.
• Strong SQL skills to query production data and diagnose issues.
• Production support experience for web applications with high availability.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, applications and networks.
• Experience using RDP for remote server access.
• Excellent English communication with clients and internal teams.
• Self‑starter with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• French and/or Spanish language skills preferred.
• Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth).
• Experience with Jira, monitoring/logging tools and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment.
• Use SQL to diagnose data inconsistencies and incidents and support root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor production environments and identify bottlenecks to maintain performance.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain production environments using monitoring and logging tools.
• Improve internal documentation and troubleshooting workflows.
• Support systems across Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular and integrations.
• Investigate integrations such as SSO, payment platforms, and Power BI.
