Tines in Ireland is seeking a technical support engineer to help customers and colleagues by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across API integrations, authentication, and workflows. You will engage via Slack, in-app chat, and email, and work Sunday–Wednesday early shifts.

You’ll bring 2+ years in SaaS technical support, experience with REST/GraphQL, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of technical support in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API requests.
• Exposure to AI actions and agentic workflows.
• Experience with HTTP, SSL, and basic networking.
• Strong written and verbal communication for handovers.
• Fluency in German is required.
• Familiarity with Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey, load balancers, and cloud platforms.

Aufgaben

• Handle technical inquiries across Slack, in-app chat, and email with high responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot API integrations, systems issues, network and security problems, 3rd party integrations.
• Interpret API docs and create Tines workflows.
• Configure authentication types like OAuth and JWT.
• Document steps to connect to new tools and workflows.
• Build and troubleshoot workflows during remote sessions with customers.
• Collaborate with Support and the wider company; voice of the customer.
• Suggest product improvements and report bugs.
• Write clear handover notes at shift start and end.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot independently; escalate when needed during on-call weekends.
