Klaviyo in Ireland is seeking a Renewal Specialist to own end-to-end renewals for Commercial/SMB customers, partnering with Customer Success and Growth teams to maximize renewal value and retention. This 12-month FTC role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accurate forecasting, and proactive risk mitigation to drive renewal outcomes and support upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

2–5 years in renewals, account management, customer success, sales support, or similar roles.
Experience within enterprise software or SaaS is preferred.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with comfort using data and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Renewal Management: end-to-end renewal execution for Commercial/SMB customers.
Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and others.
Risk Identification & Retention Support: monitor renewals and escalate risks.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management: maintain renewal forecasts and CRM hygiene.
Process Execution & Operational Excellence: follow renewal processes and improve efficiency.
Negotiation & Commercial Support: assist renewal discussions within guidelines.
Customer Advocacy: represent customer needs across teams.
