Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Limerick, Ireland is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SaaS implementations and drive customer success. You will lead onboarding, manage projects on time and within scope, and work closely with Product, Development and Customer Care to deliver real value.

Reporting to the COO, you will shape delivery processes, set KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and help scale the delivery function in a growth-focused SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success in SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding to delivery.
• Coordinate with Product, Development and Customer Care to ensure a seamless journey.
• Define and monitor delivery KPIs to improve satisfaction and retention.
