Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for SaaS implementations in Limerick. You will lead end-to-end customer projects, coordinate planning, onboarding, data migration, configurations and go-live, and drive successful delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, manage stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to optimise delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, SaaS Implementations, Technology Delivery or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets and scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, including customer onboarding, data migration, system configuration, integrations and user training.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager, SaaS Implementations to join a growing technology business in Limerick. This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end customer implementations, manage key stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions.

You will oversee projects from planning and onboarding through to configuration, data migration, integrations and go-live, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope. Working closely with Product, Development and Customer Success teams, you will manage timelines, resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement across implementation processes.

Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to progress into a leadership position, building and managing a customer delivery team as the business continues to grow.
