Job summary

Archer in Limerick City, Ireland, seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SaaS implementations and drive long-term customer success. You will lead complex projects, nurture strong relationships, and ensure value delivery across the customer journey.

You will report to the COO and collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to shape delivery strategy and KPIs, enabling scalable delivery and growth for the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Delivery, Project Management or Customer Success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes, including data migration, integrations, onboarding and user training.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end customer implementations and drive customers' success.
• Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the delivery function.
• Lead onboarding, project delivery, and KPI establishment to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Care to deliver a seamless customer experience.
