Zusammenfassung

The Rehab Group is seeking an Evolve Instructor for a fixed-term 12-month, part-time role (18 hours per week) at Regent House, Kilkenny. You will train and develop learners, support them in choosing education/employment paths, and manage QQI modules and assessments.

Requirements include a third-level qualification in Education/Training, QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer, and experience with QQI programme requirements and quality assurance. Salary is pro rata with progression to €60,373.79.

Qualifikationen

• Third level qualification in Education/Training sector.
• QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer as minimum qualification.
• Knowledge of QQI programme requirements, assessment procedures and QA processes.
• Several years of relevant occupational experience with learners in educational or guidance contexts.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, deliver and assess QQI modules.
• Provide systematic training according to curricula and maintain records.
• Mentor learners, provide feedback, and support progression.
• Develop resources for each accredited module.
• Report to Centre Manager on delivery and learner progress.
• Perform duties as required by Centre Manager.
• Collaborate with National Learning Network and local stakeholders.
