Job summary

The Rehab Group is seeking an Evolve Instructor for a fixed-term 12-month part-time position (18 hours per week) in Kilkenny. The role focuses on training, development, and progression of learners within QQI programmes, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and progressing learners toward further education or employment.

The position involves coordinating delivery, assessment, and resources for QQI modules, mentoring learners, and collaborating with the centre and national networks.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Education/Training
• QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer qualification
• Knowledge of QQI assessment and QA processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver and assess QQI modules.
• Provide systematic training according to curricula and maintain learner records.
• Mentor learners with feedback and help plan timetable and study attitudes.
• Develop resources for each accredited module.
• Report to Centre Manager on progress and issues.
• Collaborate with National Learning Network and local stakeholders.
