Job summary

Panda Ireland is seeking a Route Completion Administrator to join our team at Millennium Park, Ballycoolin. The role supports the Route Completion Team Leader by verifying route activity, reviewing data, and ensuring scheduled work is completed accurately.

You will work with drivers, depot teams and internal departments to ensure paperless rounds are completed, route information is accurate and anomalies are followed up. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ administration experience in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Teamwork and ability to use own initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily checking of AMCS routes to ensure trucks are operational and route data is recorded accurately.
• Support end‑of‑day process with drivers to complete paperless rounds.
• Review daily round data to identify anomalies and correct information.
• Complete end‑of‑day checks to confirm scheduled work is completed.
• Self‑verify completed work through reports and system checks.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for depot managers and other departments.
• Support Team Leader with month‑end processes.
• Assist with general administration and ad hoc duties as requested.
