Job summary

Panda Ireland is seeking a dedicated RCV Driver for our Gorey depot to join a stable, full-time team. The role offers a 4-day week with early starts and a basic rate of €18.02/hour, including a paid break and Bank Holiday enhancements.

Responsibilities include safe operation of an RCV Truck, route delivery, routine vehicle checks, and strong customer service, while maintaining vehicle standards and compliance.

About The Role

Location & Key Details

• Location: Gorey depot (Y25 KT35)
• Position: Permanent, Full-Time
• Earnings: €18.02/hr basic
• Shift Pattern: 4 days per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
• Working Hours: Early morning starts (5:00 AM / 6:00 AM) finishing around 5:00 PM
• Breaks: 1 paid hour break per shift

What You’ll Be Doing

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• Days: 4 days per week across Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required depending on business needs.
• Hours: Early morning starts (runs kick off between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM) and finishing around 5:00 PM.
• Breaks: 1 paid hour break included per shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential Requirement: A clean and valid Category C licence, a current Digital Tachograph Card, and up-to-date Driver CPC qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Insurance Criteria: You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Core Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Flexibility: A reliable approach with the willingness to support operational needs, including occasional Saturdays when required.
