Job summary

Panda is looking for a Transport Planner to help keep our transport operations moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate skip deliveries, exchanges and collections, ensuring drivers, vehicles and routes are planned efficiently to meet customer and operational needs.

You’ll work closely with drivers, operations, customer service and accounts to schedule realistically, complete on time, and log activities accurately in our system.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or route scheduling is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication with drivers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily skip deliveries, exchanges and collections.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles to meet demand and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Maintain rosters and scheduling to support next-day operations.
• Monitor routes and adjust plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Record and report incidents and issues, ensuring accurate documentation.
