Job summary

Meta in Ireland’s Dublin is seeking a skilled professional for the Protect team within Global Response Operations to identify risks on the platform and investigate their manifestation at scale using data analytics and AI tools. You will contribute to multi-team collaboration with Policy, Product and Process, building automated workflows and prototyping AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in investigations, data analytics or technical systems roles.
• 4+ years experience in investigations, data analytics or technical systems roles in Trust & Safety or Risk Operations
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving experience
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate data analysis and workflow automation
• Experience working with complex data sets and aptitude for risk identification and analysis
• Experience communicating progress to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-based tooling
• Ability to work with potentially graphic content
• Experience building and operationalizing AI agents or detection pipelines

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate emerging on-platform risks at scale using data.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows and automate detection pipelines.
• Gather evidence, perform root-cause analysis, and document findings.
• Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Iterate on tools with a build–test–iterate approach.
