Job summary

Archer, a global AI-powered SaaS leader in risk intelligence, is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to build ML models, data pipelines, and scalable analytics that deliver predictive insights across risk domains. As the first Lead Data Scientist in Ireland, you will work with international Product, Engineering and Data teams and quickly grow into leadership.

This hands-on role combines technical delivery with ownership, visibility and a clear path to leadership as the team expands in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data science or machine learning with Python.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Ambition to progress quickly into data science leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Analyze complex datasets to develop predictive and classification models.
• Improve data quality, automation and modelling processes.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Deploy, monitor and optimize models in production.
• Research and apply new AI tools and techniques.
• Help establish and lead the Data Science capability in Ireland as the team grows.
