Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Security Manager in Dublin to lead security for AI initiatives, supervise event monitoring, and guide risk-based responses. The role emphasizes safeguarding AI systems, managing budgets, and delivering strong client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a cybersecurity background with AI focus, leadership, and familiarity with regulatory compliance. This on-site position offers growth within EY’s global consulting practice in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Proven cybersecurity experience with emphasis on AI technologies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert/Azure Security Engineer Associate are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring, analysis, and prioritization of security events for AI systems.
• Identify practical security solutions and align business and IT responses to events.
• Direct AI security strategies to ensure events are assessed, contained, and reported.
• Manage delivery, budgets, and client outcomes while balancing timelines and costs.
