Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in RFP and proposal writing, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
• Experience with Equity Plans/ Share plans is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with proposal management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• RFP and Proposal Writing: Develop and write RFPs and other sales documents, tailored to client needs.
• RFP Library and Technology Management: Maintain and update the RFP library and leverage AI-driven tools.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with sales to develop presentations and pitches.
• Content Development: Create and maintain templates, case studies, and product information.
• Process Improvement: Improve RFP and proposal processes for efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, product, and client services.
