Formación

• Typically 3–5 years of experience in Business Readiness or related PMO/change roles with independent delivery of multiple changes.
• Experience developing integrated plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, assessing readiness, managing risks and dependencies, and driving actions to deadlines.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the judgement to challenge constructively and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail, with experience maintaining auditable records in controlled environments.
• Ability to work flexibly within a pooled team, balance competing priorities, and contribute to shared capability development.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day Business Readiness delivery for an assigned portfolio of changes through intake, impact assessment, implementation, adoption, hypercare, and BAU transition.
• Coordinate delivery across Communications, Training, Procedures, Operations, Controls, Product, Technology, and PMO to ensure readiness and timely closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated Business Readiness plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and stage-gate evidence.
• Provide reporting and recommendations to the Business Readiness Lead and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain complete, auditable readiness documentation in the approved repository and workflow tools.
