Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client onboarding and implementation projects across EMEA.
• Own your team’s successful, timely delivery from initial setup through to go-live.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources to meet client and business needs.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of managers and specialists.

• Lead key client conversations for complex or strategic implementations.
• Lead cross-functional partnership to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences.
• Lead escalations and drive issue resolution.
• Own the regional continuous improvement roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Ensure adoption of best practices and regional standards.
• Own the regional team governance model, reporting cadence, and KPI outcomes.
• Monitor delivery metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure team alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
