Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company Limited (Ireland Branch) is seeking an HR Business Consultant on an 18‑month FTC to support HRBP activities, lifecycle processes and analytics. The role collaborates with HR Operations and business stakeholders to deliver compliant HR processes and governance while driving continuous improvement.

Primarily based in Wexford with hybrid working, the role focuses on employee lifecycle support, reporting and data‑driven insights to enhance workforce planning and people

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• 3+ years in an HR role or HRBP support role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP team with generalist HR activity across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate annual HR cycles including performance reviews and salary reviews.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, ensuring policy alignment.
• Prepare HR documentation, trackers and analyses for decision-making.
• Maintain HR reports and people metrics such as headcount and attrition.
• Monitor HR trends to identify risks and opportunities for the team.
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and Excel trackers.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and mobility.
