Job summary

SD Worx Ireland is hiring two Payroll Executives to join our growing payroll team. You will deliver accurate, compliant Irish payroll services to a portfolio of clients while maintaining strong client relationships and providing an excellent service experience.

You will work in a dynamic hybrid environment with flexible working options, a clear development plan, and opportunities to grow within the SD Worx network across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation.
• IPASS qualified or currently working towards qualification.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting payroll audits and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Irish payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Validate payroll data, perform payroll checks, and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.
• Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory payments, pensions, and GDPR requirements.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, employees, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate payroll payments, reporting, year-end activities, and required submissions to relevant authorities.
• Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of customer service and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the payroll team.
