Job summary

Trellix in Cork (hybrid) is seeking a Compensation Partner to drive and coordinate compensation programs across the EMEA region. You will conduct market benchmarking, prepare pay recommendations, and partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay in line with EU transparency rules.

The role requires 5+ years in compensation or HR analytics, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Workday, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
• Experience supporting compensation programs across EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency across Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary-structure analysis across EMEA markets.
• Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, internal moves, and other pay actions.
• Support internal and pay equity analyses, identifying trends and areas of concern for review.
• Support execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI cycles, coordinating with Workday team and People Services.
• Respond to manager and employee compensation inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in Workday; build and maintain reports and dashboards.
