Job summary

Tax Talent Reliance Limited, a leading IT services company based in Dublin, is seeking a payroll specialist on a permanent basis. You will process payroll for all employees, manage deductions and payments, and ensure compliance with Irish tax laws.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement, a competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Irish and UK PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK and ROS/HMRC.
• Minimum IPASS qualification.
• Familiarity with Irish tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees on time and accurately.
• Manage payroll deductions and payments.
• Ensure compliance with Irish tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and submissions.
• Support employees with payroll-related questions; report to Payroll Manager.
