Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance professional in Ireland to join our Revenue Operations team. You will review orders and contracts, support month-end close, and help ensure data accuracy and internal controls across our order-to-cash processes.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI to optimize workflows, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Sales, Legal, IT, and partners. A strong background in ASC 606 and multi-currency transactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years in revenue operations, order management or deals support.
• AI curiosity and practical application to improve productivity.
• Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Solutions-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis for high-volume, multi-currency transactions.
• Ability to design and implement internal controls and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and contracts for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Audit readiness for internal and external auditors.
• Monitor compliance within order management and enforce controls.
• Assist SOX 404 compliance for revenue accounting.
• Provide high-quality service to internal teams and external partners.
• Leverage AI to optimize processes across systems.
• Define/test enhancements in Salesforce and Jira and reporting tools.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation for revenue workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Legal and IT stakeholders.
