Job summary

Alguna is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own customers end-to-end, from kickoff through onboarding, adoption, and renewal/expansion. You will drive time-to-value by helping clients implement Alguna efficiently across pricing, quoting, and billing, and you will be the voice of the customer to product and engineering with clarity and urgency.

• Customer-facing roles requiring strong relationship and process discipline.
• Experience aligning Finance/RevOps with Sales is a plus.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities
